It is not just deradicalization but foreign governments controling mosques and followers. These people simply do not want to tackle that dimension and that is why deradicalization will always fail because they will take the welfare money and still work for the imam

De-radicalizing radical Muslims can work in US.
Navy SEALs have succeeded with many thousands of radicals, as have Predator drones, the US Marines, and various other groups within our military. If things go unexpectedly badly with our overwhelmingly young, healthy, and male “refugees”, I am confident that the appropriate military approach to de-radicalizing them would work just fine.
