Hillary Clinton heads toward the first general election debate in strong position against Donald Trump in their battle for the presidency, a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll shows.
Among likely voters, Clinton draws 43 percent support to 37 percent for Trump, 10 percent for Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson, and 3 percent for Green Party nominee Jill Stein.
Respondents "revealed a hardening of personal dislike and professional uncertainty about Donald Trump," said Democratic pollster Peter Hart, who conducts the NBC/WSJ survey.

Why does NBC get to have two of its "polls" distorting the RCP national 4-way average? No one pollster there now has Clinton with a greater than 2-point lead.
Here comes the charge of everyone saying the polls are rigged. We’ve done this here the last two elections. Nobody wanted to believe the polls until they were real. Many people don’t like Trump and the pounding he takes in the mainstream media is all anyone hears. Most people aren’t into the political weeds like we are hear. 99 percent of people in America have never heard of George Soros.
The MEME has been released to the Journ-O-list.
Hillary is going to be Reagan and Trump is going to be carter.
This debate is a REASON TO vote for Hillary. To close the deal.
MSNBC FNC and CNN were all pushing the MEME. Don’t forget Hillary’s go to solution is to go into hiding every time there is a crisis.
So glad this is being posted here. It needs to be reposted another dozen times for it to sink in. /s
Yeah, yeah, Trump is doomed, says the concern troll.
democRatic pollster says it looks bad for Trump..
price of tea in China to skyrocket
we’ll see..
They probably only called phone numbers in reliably democrat area codes and still could only show Illary with a 6-point lead. I don’t put any faith in polls on this side of the debates. A lot will change between now and election day that will render them irrelevant.
And since it’s an NBC poll, you know the only point of doing the poll is to produce their desired result. If they run 6 polls and 5 show Trump with a significant lead they’ll just toss those out and run a story on the outlier result. Don’t fret, Trump will win and it’ll be somewhere between a comfortable win and a landslide come November.
Then it’s over.
We'll see, come November. I'm cautiously optimistic.
NBC-WSJ
The gold standard of liars’ polling.
You can stop reading there.
This is nonsense.
They don’t even know Hillary is sick much less a criminal.
Yeah I ‘d rather believe the crowds at the events. She can’t get anyone and most of her voters don’t work so they could easily go to the events.
You decide if this has any meaning.
Journ-O- List...hey you must be a Treeper and a Freeper like me. And you are right! This is a media and poll driven move to elect Illary...but it won’t work because the Monster vote is coming...btw...I would loveto know who Sundance really is...I think he is a genius!

This was the most consistently wrong poll against Trump the entire primary. Sometimes off by 15 pts.
Pray America wakes
Versus the usual Bullsh$t comment by the usual trolls pushing doom and gloom ..abd the polls are always right !,,
Telk that to the GOP Gov in Kentucky who was losing in every single poll on election night!
As usual , the same posters compare the last made on Nov 2 2012 to push polls crap in Sept .
Get back to me when you come up with an excuse for the polling disaster of 2014 !!!
What happen to the Polls showing the Dems winning the senate ?..
Rick Scott losing the Fl Gov race ?..
Really what is the real agenda here ?..
Believe the media push polls !
Yeah, yeah, Trump is doomed, says the concern troll.

Look, I wouldn’t be surprised either way. I just remember the last two presidential elections here when the general consensus that there was no way that the polls were right. They just couldn’t be, yet they were. Maybe I just don’t want to get my hopes up to see them dashed again. I just don’t think most people really like either of these candidates so they are voting against a candidate, rather than for one.
