Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton leads Republican Donald Trump by six points among likely voters heading into the first presidential debate on Monday, according to a brand-new national NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.
The survey - which was conducted after Clinton's return to the campaign trail following her bout with pneumonia - shows a bigger advantage for the secretary of state than did polls taken during the heightened scrutiny of her health.

Undercount Rs and quelle surprise - Hillary’s magically ahead!
No one buys this crap.
45 D, 37 R, 13 I, Total BS, 100%
You would think that NBC could get better polling numbers when polling hildabeast’s HQ. From the internals:
45 D
37 R
18 I
This is propaganda, not a scientific poll. This is as scientific as the typical glo-bull warming published paper.
Oversampled Dems by 7 or 8 depending on how u count it. 7 on straight party ID, 8 when counting with leaners. Also, respondents voted 47-33 for Obama in 2012. So it was an oversampled Dem poll.
45 D / 37 R.
Keep lying NBC.
These State polls are absolute crap... Compare NC, NV and OH to the more likely polls just out from FOX
THAT’s the whole point... Can’t have Trump ever the lead... On RCP or 538... As soon as he gets close, a bogus NBC/WSJ or CBS/NYT skews it back in her favor
I tried accessing the survey background info, i.e., party ID, etc, and the link is “private.” Anyone else have this problem?
It's often painful to be a realist. Juan Williams (FNC) gleefully cited a poll the showed the 0bomb's approval rating at a new high of 58%! There are a vast number of dumb and ignorant people who vote.
That’s the internals? That many Rats and so little independents. Really. ...unreal
NBC. It is neither fair, objective, or balanced.
Must be the great job she’s doing lately.

A few internals. I would not call this a great poll, more like propaganda.
If the NBC/Wall Street Journal polls were accurate, Trump would probably not be the Republican nominee. Their polls consistently showed Trump with significantly less support than the primary voters always proved him to have.
Oversampled D+8.
During the primaries the NBC-WSJ poll had often undercounted Trump by significant margin. For example in the PA primary it had predicted Trump would get 45%, but he actually got 55%.
They were off by 10 points, well outside the MoE.
I sure hope that I am wrong but the voter fraud will be so strong that the elites will win & there is nor will be any opposition to fight it. (just my 2 cents worth)
