If they hold him for the psych evals, then you have to worry that the doctors will declare that he’s crazy (which he probably is....with his particular religion). I think whoever this judge is....if the guy walks away....is toast and will have to resign from his position.
However, I will point out....there’s not a single death from his act. Maybe some wounded folks....but no deaths. So other than attempted murder, there’s only a limited list of charges.
But it will be curious what happens once he gets to state prison. I doubt if he makes it more than two months before someone makes an attempt on him.
Some rich Arab will bail him out, put him on a diplomatic Tahoe otw to a Gulfstream 650 and off they go to the paradise where the Orlando shooter’s wife is hanging out. Probably some swank beach resort in Dubai.

They are taking their time in filing the federal charges, but undoubtedly if someone somehow came through with bail for his NJ charges the feds would slap their own charges on him and keep him locked up.

The idea of bail in any amount is absurd. He should be sent to Gitmo.

This is just the appetizer. He hasn't been charged with Federal terrorism and weapons (the bombs) crimes yet. I don't think he needs to worry about what he's going to be doing for the next 20-30 years.
Have you seen the feds do anything yet? I don’t think they will move on this guy. If they charge terrorism charges....he’s a terrorist, which seems to be what the feds want to avoid saying.
