I think she does that only to give the impression that she is 'active' and 'healthy'. If she wasn't trying to give that optic, she would do the debate drugged up from a couch.
Go back and watch the video...She was very uncomfortable. Also, I believe she travels with a pillow. Also, saw another video where she puts her hands under her a**...like to relieve some type of pressure.
