This is the first time the General Assembly has called for a summit at the Heads of State and Government level on large movements of refugees and migrants and it is a historic opportunity to come up with a blueprint for a better international response.

Cannot wait to see the ideas that come out of this.
“Americans need to be removed from their homes and muslims take their place”
Nothing would surprise me with these criminals
Why can’t the UN make Syria and Libya heavens-on-Erf where we would want to live?
...Americans need to be removed from their homes and muslims take their place......
Some Germans have discovered this there the hard way.
Here’s a blueprint: “Hell NO!”
How can it be sustaneable to evacuate peeps from places they have wrecked and move them without re-education to other places that have already become marginal with the crackpots who already live there?
Demand more money and ship them all to the U.S. for their $100,000.00 in benefits, organize the amnesty-to-citizenship marches and automatic motor-voter with no driving test.
Why is it with these jackasses EVERYTHING is "historic?"
It's not historic, it's a ******* nightmare.
.
What a wonderful accomplishment. Obama and Clinton destabilized the whole ME and Central Africa, composing a weapon of millions of refugees aimed at the heart of Europe and the West.
Putin took the Crimea and Eastern Ukraine to reject the liberal overtures of demographic warfare.
Obama means to bring hundreds of thousands of un-vetted Syrian refugees to America, establishing them in locations unapproved by any state governor, based on Obama’s assessment of which territorial cultures in America need to be destroyed.
The UN wants to wage this demographic warfare on the West, flush with Arab money.
Its time to send the UN to Geneva, away from America. It is an enemy of the USA,with no respect for the US Constitution or the nation to which it has given birth.Close down the UN in New York!It is only an Arab proxy.

Bingo! Not too far off, FRiend.
Excellent find and Thanks for posting this.
Read content and the following paper caught my eye.
Of course we shoulda expected this Agenda 2030 sh1t.
Obola, Hillary, Soros, and elites supported putting Islamic fundamentalists in charge of Libya, Egypt, Turkey, and Syria, deliberately creating blood thirsty ISIS, so that a refugee crisis in the Millions would be unleashed on the western world in order to wreck havoc to bring about NWO plans for Agenda 2030 shared misery.
I’d love to be a fly on the wall to find out what UN elites plan on investing in?
Short the dollar, and go long on Carbon credits, euthanasia drugs, and FEMA camp building supplies, razor wire, crematory gas futures.

-> Panel 1: Reframing the narrative on migration and refugees in the context of
the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda <-
Moderated by Mr. Thomas Gass, Assistant Secretary-General for Policy Coordination and
Inter-Agency Affairs, UN DESA, the panel focused on the importance of combating
xenophobia and discrimination and on building a strong narrative that recognized the
positive contribution of migrants and refugees for inclusive growth and sustainable
development. Panellists were asked to comment on how national and global leaders
(political, social, economic and religious) and the media could be encouraged to promote a
more positive narrative on migration and refugees. The question of how NGOs and civil
society, including the private sector and academia could contribute to a global campaign to
counter xenophobia, as proposed by the Secretary-General in his report for the high-level
meeting, was also addressed.
Panellists expressed support for a global campaign to promote diversity, counter
discrimination, and foster inclusion of refugees and migrants in host communities and
countries. Panellists agreed that leadership was central to all these efforts, and a starting
point would be by refusing to use incendiary language in any discussions of refugees and
migrants. They called on governments to craft and implement anti-discrimination policies
and national action plans to secure inclusion of refugee’S and migrants. These efforts should
go hand in hand with social and economic policies designed to integrate migrants and
refugees in host communities. While the national level is important, leadership was needed
equally at the regional and local level. Broader engagement with local communities would
increase empathy towards newcomers. Direct, face-to-face contact and interaction were
mentioned as among the best practices to overcome prejudice and move towards a sense of
shared humanity. In this context, panellists mentioned the importance of bottom-up
approaches involving migrants, refugees and the host community.
Panellists also stressed the need to engage the media and private sector to make the
‘business case’ for migrants and refugees since these communities are major contributors to
the gross national incomes of host countries as well as remittance providers. Facts, data and
figures could help to tell their story and increase understanding.
It was suggested the International Labour Organization (ILO) should be included in the
follow-up to the high-level meeting, given that the Office was well positioned to prepare
guidelines for decent work and social protection for refugees and migrants. The special
needs of groups facing multiple discrimination in the labour market should also be taken
into account. Access to reproductive health services and information was mentioned as
crucially important for the empowerment of women migrants and refugees. Panellists
mentioned the need to take into account skill shortages in refugee-hosting countries and
observed that the integration of refugees and migrants could benefit the economies in those
countries as well as equip refugees and migrants with digital skills and training in new
technologies. In this regard, the private sector could be very important, especially where it
can leverage core competencies. The Global Forum on Migration and Development
(GFMD) could also be a suitable platform to promote the inclusion.

I have the perfect solution but I’m withholding it until I can corner the razor wire market and find a sufficient number of available islands/deserts/wilderness’ reasonably near to he source of the problem.
And watch them die on the vine without US money. The arabs don't pay for anything! They have slaves to do their dirty work for them.
Muammar Gaddafi - Visionary
Doesn’t calling them refugees indicate that they will be returned to their homelands as soon as possible?
