The New York Post reported a letter that was partially written in Arabic was found in a plastic bag that held the second pressure cooker device in New York City Saturday night. That device planted four blocks from the bomb that exploded in the Chelsea neighborhood wounding 29 people did not explode and was taken away by authorities for investigation.

The Post also reported police interviewed two men who said they saw an Arabic looking man carrying a suitcase shortly before the Chelsea bomb went off around 8:30 p.m.

Police believe the two devices that were detonated in New Jersey and New York were made by the same person, a law enforcement source told Fox News on Sunday, as authorities move forward with investigations into the incidents as well as the ISIS-backed stabbing rampage in Minnesota — separate incidents that have cemented fears the United States is still a prime terror target.
FWIW, in LA it is wall-to-wall Clinton attack ads. Why would she spend so much in an area that is a lock for her?

So, targeted groups include wounded and military, as well as gays. Obama Is bringing tens of thousands more in this year and Hillary/Huma will only step this up. This is sure to help their campaign.
