CBS News Reporter has major Meltdown on Live TV
(Excerpt) Read more at youtube.com ...
I don’t see how that is a meltdown. More like little Johnny wining because he didn’t get his candy.
The Trump trap of the MSM reminds me of a Reagan response in a debate, “Now there you go again!” Up to that point i did not believe that Reagan could win. Watching him say that in that perfect Reagan manner, I totally knew right then that the election was over and RR had won it.
Major league unprofessional and obviously biased analysis there.
Sounded as if he actually believes Trump arranged his planned veteran’s endorsement event around the media and clinton campaign demands, and that Trump insulted them by not using his own event to answer those demands up front.
Talk about chutzpah.
They were duped into making a 30 minute infomercial for the new Trump hotel in DC. Indeed they were, and duped into stuffing the birther attack into their own posteriors and into promoting the Veterans’ support of Trump. And then they say this guy can’t deal with Putin?
The only thing the MSM can do to Trump now that might have a deleterious effect is refuse to cover him at all to the point of going to commercials during the “debates” whenever Trump starts to speak. Trump would likely make more gains from that but at least their self righteous injuries could be somewhat assuaged.
Trump never was a “birther.” He demanded that Obama show his BC and put it to rest. Trump did show his (blatantly fake) BC and Trump declared himself satisfied way back then. Trump knew even then that it was an unproductive path.
I love the never ending parade of folks who offer advice to a guy who has no prior political experience yet defeated 16 of the “best” republican candidates in the primaries, has under spent his opponent on campaign commercials by historic numbers, and has been under constant and continual assault by the President of the United States and his media army yet has pulled even or ahead in the polls with less than two months left before the Nov. vote.
I’m glad you’re not running the campagin. You’re lack of imagination is stunning.
This was the best played media wack in ages. If ever.
National Review goes about these days with one eye closed and the other one crossed.
I inherited my father’s subscription. Dad had subscribed since, I think, the second issue. I dropped it a year after WFB died.
The press desperately wanted this to be a long-form thrashing over Trump’s past comments and they didn’t get it. Trump made a succinct statement, and if he’s wise, he should be done with it. Next time it comes up, either in an interview or the debates, he should simply say it’s been addressed — Next question!
Overweening eagerness will do that to you.
He’s working for cnn. They are paying him to spout THEIR point of view. Poor baby, didn’t get his chance to try and
embarrass Mr. Trump.
Please, would someone give Major a green crayon and escort him back to his safe place.
Pitiful. Absolutely pitiful.
Totally missed the wisdom, love and honor presented in the 30 minutes prior. Totally missed the message.
Demote him to Captain Garret.
National Review and the others got it wrong. This was a forum for war heroes. This was a forum for people who love all that is good and revere integrity. The Left needs to repent or take their party elsewhere. Like to Libya or someplace.
The press was thinking, "Ah, now we've got him trapped!"
By Trump turned the tables on these guys and made them look foolish -- again. LOL. The speechlessness of Garret was priceless.
He tried to tell us this "birther" issue was an important issue of the day. Turns out, the press themselves and the public were more interested in getting a peak at the Trump Hotel.
The Trump campaign is firing on all 8 cylinders. And thank you for your assistance Mr. Bannon and Ms. KellyAnne Conway.
