President Obama chided a reporter Friday for asking him about the Donald Trump campaign's latest opinion on whether he was born in the United States, and said the 2016 election needs to get more serious.
"I… have no reaction and I'm shocked that a question like that has come up at a time when we have so many other things to do," Obama said in a brief appearance before reporters that mostly focused on his push to pass the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
"Well, I'm not that shocked actually; it's fairly typical," Obama admitted. "We got other things to attend to."
"I was pretty confident about where I was born," Obama added. "I think most people were as well. My hope would be the presidential election reflects more serious issues than that."

This election is and should be about the future of the country, Obama’s birthplace has no relevance.

We all know that the “birther” BS was thrown out there by the Clinton campaign in order to distract attention away from her mounting problems in the campaign.
Does Obama hate Hillary so much he’s willing to hurt her in the election, or does their polling show that this digression is hurting her, so the communist wants the media to move on and hopefully stumble on an issue that doesn’t hurt her? It’s hard to figure that out, considering how much Barack Hussein hates almost everyone alive and almost everything on earth, but also that he loves manipulating others.
I don’t understand why Trump felt compelled at all to discuss Obama’s birthplace.

Sounds a bit like Obama doesn't want the public record scrutinized too closely. There probably is something out there where Obama himself credited the attack to the Clinton campaign.

Who cares what this has-been malignancy and traitor says about anything? The fool has almost fewer than 100 days remaining in his deviant effort to “transform” America. The bum can’t leave office soon enough. Worst President Ever! I think he’ll end up being a men’s room attendant at a broken down 4th rate casino in some small crappy desert town (after his time in a Fed SuperMax).
