The illness that sickened Hillary Clinton with pneumonia and caused her to have to be escorted away from September 11 ceremonies in New York on Sunday also struck down several members of her campaign team at Clinton headquarters in Brooklyn, PEOPLE has learned.
"Everyone's been sick," a campaign source tells PEOPLE.
At the end of August, two weeks before Clinton was diagnosed with pneumonia, a debilitating bug was making the rounds among staff at her headquarters and campaign aides who travel with Clinton, a source tells PEOPLE.
At least half a dozen senior staff were felled, including campaign manager Robby Mook. Two top advisers even needed emergency medical treatment, the source says. One top adviser diagnosed at a Brooklyn urgent-care center with a respiratory infection was being treated with antibiotics in the days before Clinton's diagnosis. Another top adviser was taken by ambulance to the ER by ambulance after collapsing from what turned out to be severe dehydration, the source said.

Pnemonia.
Yeah, first thing Id do if I had pneumonia is go to my daughters home and risk infecting my 2-year-old and infant grandkids.
Uh huh, sure.
If thats what it was, she would have gone elsewhere. OTOH, if all you need is to get shot up with some drugs, rest for a bit and get made-up for the cameras, then your daughters home is perfect.
Then you can go outside and hug a little girl, cuz youre feeling much better and that pneumonia is no big deal (not unless you want and excuse not to debate, or at least to sit on a stool - so that you aren’t seen to collapse due to what REALLY ails you).

Reminds me of "Operation Stumblebum" - the old SNL skit where Secret Service agents surrounding Gerald Ford mimicked all of his clumsy moves in order to make his behavior seem normal.
Mind you, President Ford had only (2) stumbles and yet the MSM and late night shows never let him live it down. They were merciless and the whole nation got the impression that all Ford ever did was trip and fall.

So why is she hugging a little girl if she has an apparently virulent and extremely contagious form of pneumonia?
To: tcrlaf
Perhaps they are just not used to the concentrated evil Hillary emits,

Her whole staff was incapacitated, yet the story is only being reported now by putative "journalists" who spend hours with them every single day in the confined spaces of AN AIRPLANE but didn't deem a rampant pandemic among her staff was a story.
Oh, just and by the way, none of these alleged "journalists" has come down with the infection.
Here's how this story will evolve:
- She's not sick.
- She is sick, but it's just pneumonia. Rest and antibiotics will clear it right up.
- She is sick, and everyone on her staff is, too.
- Julian Assange dumps her health records: "She is sick, but she was not sick at the time she was asked about being sick."
- Reexamination of the records dump indicate she's been sick for years: "She was sick, it's being treated, so not really, you know, sick-sick."
- Further examination reveals she has an incapacitating, only partially treatable, condition: "She was sick, but no doctor diagnosed her as officially sick, and she was never given a bill for medical services for this exact illness. So still just a Right Wing Conspiracy®"
- She falls down foaming at the mouth in the middle of Times Square, is unresponsive to light, smelling salts, Lorazepam or epinephrine, and has to be lifeflighted by helicopter to Sanai Medical with 900 cell phones recording the episode: Administration hauls out the Surgeon General or some other lackey with zero integrity who pontificates: "She is very, very, extremely ill and we found evidence that she lied repeatedly about her condition. But you should still vote for her, because she never INTENDED to be sick."
- The People(s) magazine breathlessly headlines: "Nation's Top Doctor Pronounces Illary Completely Healthy."

Probably true, but the problem with that is, the cover story says it's bacterial, and therefore contagious. The OP's point stands, and yours is irrelevant to the question of why a supposedly contagious person would expose her grand kids.
