Monday on NPR’s “Morning Edition,” ABC political commentator Cokie Roberts offered her thoughts on the apparent health issues regarding Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and the how the party could be looking to handle things if a replacement is needed for Clinton.
According to Roberts, there was already conversation within the party about such a possibility.
“The fact that it comes now when the polls are tightening and Democrats are already saying that Hillary was the only candidate who could not beat Trump and it is taking her off of the campaign trail, canceling her trip to California – it has them very nervously beginning to whisper about having her step aside and finding another candidate.”
When asked if that really could happen, Roberts called it “unlikely to be a real thing,” but floated the name of Vice President Joe Biden as a possible replacement.

Yes, the Bernie people will have suffered two defeats engineered by the DNC and Team Clinton. They couldn’t be too happy about that and might show their resentment in November by staying home.
Yes, I have been saying the same thing as well! After BLM? couldn’t stop the Trump rallies nor the false polls, Hillary’s ‘crimes’ are too much for DNC! I KNEW shr was out, but they don’t want her to go to jail! So, she will become “physically” unable to run for President!

She might be forced out. If not by health then by upcoming revelations from Julian Assange.
Dems are probably terrified of both possibilities.
If Hillary comes clean about her health, drops out and endorses Biden he might be unstoppable.
If she continues to lie she will lose badly. She is in bad shape. The debates will be a disaster for her.
She will drag down the entire democratic party if she forces them to join the coverup.
Followed the thread to here before commenting. Can’t guess the outcome bc we don’t know the true state of HRC’s health. If she can keep bouncing back, she’ll never ever give in without a fight that would destroy herself and the man or woman the DNC powers named. Heck, Bill hasn’t even weighed in on his wife’s health yet, which is exceedingly strange. Beyond that, he would NEVER pass up the chance to be first dude at the intern selection meetings.
The lovely thing is, until we have a clear reading on her health: It is the Dems and the LSMs talking about it rather than DJT or Drudge. Let them eat their own. Pass the popcorn. Raise a glass. Have at it, progs.

Unfortunately my wife listens to National Propaganda Radio - I was startled to here a frank discussion of Hillary’s health on there this morning. Just the fact that they are even talking about this topic is huge. The official talking-point up to now has been that any discussion of Hillary’s health is a “conspiracy-theory”.
I hope defunding NPR is one of President Trump’s first priorities. I have no idea how government funding of a media outlet can be justified in a free society.

The downside is that she will need about three days rest between treatments to recover from the speed. It makes you nasty and highly irritable when coming down off it. They have to keep her away from the public during those spans of time.
