You may be right and probably are, but Left has stolen much of the Constitution away already, not by one outlandish act, but by a slow drip, drip. But Obama has amped-up the violations. So far, he hasn’t been stopped. Maybe they would try it just to see what would happen. Based on the passivity of the past, the Left may feel they could get away with it.
