But apparently it is businesses that keep them in business, and the household consumer is not really valued by Dell.
I have no idea if the computer I mentioned in post #28 is good, but it specs out nicely.
I have told Dell in no uncertain terms (with no profanity) that I detested their product and would dis it on FB and every other media I frequent until the day I no longer have coherent thought.
Their response? “Meh.”
So yah...the complaint is valid and alive, and I’m here to spread the word.
