I have told Dell in no uncertain terms (with no profanity) that I detested their product and would dis it on FB and every other media I frequent until the day I no longer have coherent thought.
Their response? “Meh.”
So yah...the complaint is valid and alive, and I’m here to spread the word.
Did you buy it from Dell directly? If not you should go back to the establishment where it was purchased and lodge your complaints there, and see if they will offer a resolution.
