Was Levin, by way of Conservative review, using the term before Hillary?
Did she use the term before Aug.19th? Did she get the idea from Levin?

Conservative radio host Mark Levin announced Wednesday night that he has banned Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus from appearing on his radio show, labeling him as Donald Trump and the alt-right's "new friend." After telling his audience that he is setting up times for Indiana Gov. Mike Pence and radio host Glenn Beck to appear on the program, he said that a representative from the RNC had reached out on Priebus' behalf. Levin went on to say that Priebus is banned after playing too many "games" with him, adding that he doesn't trust him.

I remember during the Iowa primary when Limbaugh ranted like a fool against Trump for three solid hours because he said Trump was attacking Cruz from the Left. When I turned on Levin that evening, he started off in the same vein so I turned him off quickly. Haven’t listened to him since.
I remember Limbaugh attacked Pat Buchanan from the Left when Buchanan was running for the presidency. Back then, he called Buchanan a KOOK because Buchanan was warning about the cultural war, globalists, and trade agreements.
I don’t remember Limbaugh calling Buchanan a KOOK.
KOOK is “Keep Our Own Kids Safe,” Limbaughs faux war on soccer.
I quit listening to Levin over a year ago. I think the man is mentally ill.
Rush would dispute the "from the Left" part.
Reagan-era faith in free markets was strong and Buchanan's protectionism was seen as the policy supported by labor unions and Democrats close to the unions.
I'm in the same camp you are: I don't trust Priebus but the facts are he played it even handedly during the primaries, knew when to try to reign Trump in (i.e. not bolt the party if he lost, support the winning candidate) and also when to defend Trump against the media. To this specific point, I saw several interviews where the interviewer told blatant lies about Trump and Priebus not only defended Trump but corrected the record and pinned the ears back of several interviewers.
So while I give Priebus credit, I still don't trust him mostly because I cannot figure out where he fits within the GOP-E power structure. Given he's played it so evenly to this point it's really hard to pin him down. He may actually be one of the good guys for all I know.

Globalism is the opposite of real conservatism.
Levin is for SURRENDER TRADE, military interventionism in furtherance of globalist agenda (not American!), soft on borders, closet-politically-correct, and in favor of presidential candidates who are NOT ELIGIBLE according to the constitution.
He comes across as someone who is BOUGHT AND PAID FOR.

I think it’s unfair to say that Reince is the alt right’s best friend, because he’s supporting the nominee. Secondly, alt right is a Hillary term. Levin is a joke now.
Savage is unambiguously a Trump supporter, that’s why he caught el Rushbo.
Since the term is new to me I had to look it up. It appears that the term has been around for quite a while. However, Hillary (her campaign) may have thought about Trump from reading the magazine.
Savage is the only one worth listening to.
Mark Levin is an idiot, along with Beck, Medved and Hewitt.
