Clinton ordered the referees out of the room so Loreal and Hughes corporations could give China the Missile Re-entry Vehicle Tracking program (MRV) so they could, supposedly land their commercial satellite where they wanted them. Unfortunately they converted that to military use and now have multiple rockets with multi devices sitting on pads aimed at the left coast of the US. I personally have never considered anyone from Arkansas as a southerner - or a Yankee either. They, like Missouri, by my definition just are. Also don’t consider states like Indiana as part of the mid-west. Guess it’s all in your perspective.
