Democratic operative James Carville rips Donald Trump and his supporters for suggesting the presidential election will be rigged. Carville called such claims "a fundamental attack on the country itself" on Wednesday's broadcast of MSNBC's Morning Joe.
However, Carville conceded it is "possible" to "rig a voting machine to get a 100 votes here or a 100 votes there."

So if A voting machine (ONE voting machine) can be rigged for 100 votes, just multiply that one machine’s 100 by the number of machines. In our tiny little precinct, that could be 600 votes right there.
If anyone needs proof of the corruption of the Democrats who run polling stations, all they need to do is look at Lois Lerner who used the most feared government agency to hurt the Democrat political foes. And they, like Lerner walk away free.

That being said, the machine to registered voter ratio is only about 300:1 or so here in SW Pennsylvania, so 100 is quite significant.
Imagine the outrage if Trump said something like this.

And as we all came to find out, military absentee votes are only counted when the elections results are below a certain percentage.
The percentage was low, and the military absentee voting cards went missing.
How convenient.
