Much of that speculation ties back to an episode in late 2012 in which Clinton caught a stomach virus, fell, suffered a concussion and was then hospitalized due to a blood clot. A certain sector of conservatives were convinced that more was going on with her health than ever became public and that this was yet another example of the Clintons hiding things from the public.
"Diagnoses" have run everywhere from a severe thyroid problem to traumatic brain injury to dysphasia. (That last one comes courtesy of Trump national spokeswoman Katrina Pierson, who, in case you were wondering, is not a doctor.)

This is bupkis. There’s nothing to see here, let’s move on to real issues ... “.
Her health is very much an issue.
The apologists remind me of those here who denigrated challenging Barry’s qualifications eight years ago: “Not the hill to die on!” “Let’s concentrate on filling Congress with conservatives.” “Why, I’m offended at such titillation here on Free Republic by (sneer) Birthers!” and so forth and so on.
Some new evidence of her physical infirmity? Coughing, hocking up crap, say, struggling to climb stairs with help, a `Dr. Strangelove’ standing by with a syringe, why—there’s that Tolkienesque mantra again, “Let’s not be hasty little Hobbits ... “.

Coumadin doesn't "dissolve" clots!
FFS, this is first year biochem.
Coumadin helps prevent the formation of new clots, the extension of existing clots, and if you're lucky the body will naturally reabsorb the blockage.
And for some conditions, if you don't suspect them to recur, you stop the coumadin.
Since Hillary remains on coumadin, she must have a high risk condition that requires rest of her life anti-coagulation.
So, YEAH it's kind of a big deal.
