“Clinton Blows”

You’re getting better, CNN.

Summer vacations are over and people across America are getting back to business - those of us that still work, anyways.

Anyway, this is the time that most people start paying closer attention to the race.

The real campaign starts TODAY!

The media was blaring yesterday about the candidate leading in the polls on Labor Day “always” wins the presidency. I don’t think they had seen this CNN poll or the Reuters/IPSOS poll or they wouldn’t have said it.

This poll makes NO sense!! 32R/28D/40I. Hillary gets 96%D, Trump gets 91%R and is up 21% with I, yet he's only up by two??

I don't know what to make of it, other than him being up by way more.

In September of 2012 the same poll had Obama beating Romney by 6:

Obama was polling above 50%. Hillary is at 43%. She is not going to make it.

90% among Republicans is good news. Trump’s very good couple of weeks here has helped to bring stubborn GOPe voters home (and to chip into Johnson’s vote).

Trump also now has higher favorable and lower unfavorable scores than Hillary for both registered and likely voters.

Hillary NEVER had a double digit lead.

That was only true in CNN’s poll of registered voters, which heavily favor Democrats.

In its new poll of likely voters, Trump is ahead.

Now we know the state of the race, it wasn’t that Hillary got a bounce out of her convention, it was that the media sought to depress Trump’s numbers.

It didn’t work.

Kate, don’t be an idiot and fall for the MSM’s dishonest poll manipulation.

Also a big difference with 57% of Dems saying they are less enthusiastic than for elections usually, while the number for Republicans is only 40%.

If Trump has a 20% advantage with indies, you and I will have an early evening November 8th. The election will be over before the polls close on the West Coast.

Trump also now seen as much better on the economy (also the #1 issue in voters’ minds) and on terrorism. Clinton (barely) better on immigration and much better on foreign policy. (Yes, voters are clueless on foreign policy.)

“while Clinton beats him out on foreign policy”

I’m expecting the moderators in the upcoming debates to toss Trump gotcha questions, Hugh Hewitt style. They’ll try to paint him as naive and uninformed. Hillary will be fed the answers in advance, and coached to parrot them with confidence.

Between that insane speech that just ended up legitimizing both Breitbart and InfoWars websites, the new FBI report on that private email server, and now that disastrous public appearance with that long coughing fit, no wonder why Americans are rapidly getting Clinton fatigue. And really, the fatigue is more Hillary's problem than her husband's problem.

I watched the opening campaign discussion on the Today show. They highlighted a poll that showed Trump about six points behind Clinton nationally and being clobbered in the battleground states and with no chance in the Electoral College.

This will no doubt be the poll cited by Limbaugh today.

This was all being presented frenetically by announcing that it was down to “crunch” time in the election. The day after Labor Day has always been the beginning of the presidential election, with crunch time traditionally being called about a week before the vote.

Today show is attempting to time warp the election. The FBI files that were dumped on Friday were not mentioned, but a few questions were raised about Trump’s business activities.

We can expect NBC to ratchet up the alarm and the stampeding attempts as time moves on.

I switched over to ABC and they had Trump about two points ahead of Clinton.

You know the robots at CNN hate to have to reveal this. You could almost feel sorry for the worthless, anti-American, lying bastards.

No surprise here. The polls have been skewed in Hillary’s favor, but the polling organizations must show some credibility as election day nears. Their existence depends on some level of accuracy.
