How do you describe an attack in which a person shouts “Allahu Akbar” (God is great) before attacking someone? Especially if the police go on to say they do not know the motive?
Social media users fed up of the inability of mainstream media outlets and governmental organizations to label terrorist attacks motivated by the Islamist ideology have decided to term it #allahuakbarsyndrome.

Allahu Akbar is a war-cry. Its a declaration for the Muslim that everything now is in God’s hands.
It means people will die.
The motive or cause should be crystal clear.
If somebody aggresses, makes terroristic threats, aids and abets evildoers or personally plans or commits a criminal act, prosecute and punish to the fullest extent of the law. Throw the book at them.
But... if a person does none of the above and is, in practice, blameless, leave them alone.
Nobody needs to be sterilized on your say-so. Sterilization is not an antidote to evil. Especially when forced of a person without consent, it is an evil in itself.
the problem in the west is that no one looks around the rest of globe and notices that where ever moslems interact with non moslems there is no peace at all.

Evil happens if good men do nothing, basically. In this case, crazy islamists look normal when authorities are in even greater crazy denial. It is like competing in evil or something.
