Everyone is wondering whats in the 30 previously unknown emails related to Benghazi the FBI managed to discover on Hillarys server and turned over to the State Department for potential redaction. But the manner by which they escaped destruction may tell us a lot, no matter how much redaction takes place.
The very fact that the emails were recoverable has got Hillary and her team of lawyers in a lot of trouble. Ed Morrissey of Hot Air explains:
All along, Hillary and her team insisted that they had nothing responsive to investigators and those filing FOIA demands, and that the entire Benghazi probe consisted of rehashed questions already answered.
The new admission from State raises even more questions about the e-mail scandal. The claim from Hillary and her team that the lawyers checked all of her e-mail individually to determine whether they related to official business has long since been debunked. However, one would have expected Hillary and her team to specifically look for materials responsive to Congressional investigations in progress, especially on Benghazi and Libya, even if they were segregating other material by keyword search. Given that the State Department repeatedly argued in court that no such records existed until Hillarys private e-mail system became public knowledge, the judicial branch may hold State and Hillary to those expectations.

The fish rots from the head down. This fish has a very big head.
I wonder if the rate of uncovering these new items is being artificially modulated so as to guarantee a constant flow up to election day. I’m not against that, but just wondering if that is actually not the smartest way to go, given that the FBI and DOJ will seem to go to any lengths not to prosecute.
KILL ALL THE LAWYERS.
How many servers did these emails bounce off of on their destination? The info is out there to be had.
The only justice clinton will ever get is when she stands before Christ!
Exactly, and it was also discovered that the IT techs who deleted with the bleach bit didn't have any government clearance at all.
Bird seed.
Meh.
Perhaps these emails are a shot across the bow by somebody for security or even blackmail purposes.
....if the so-called new emails implicate Hilda
shes done

I wish I could share in your optimism.
Would not surprise me. The Clintons have not been around this long because they are stupid. Cold and calculating they are.
Is that you Carlos Danger...........?
yet the republicans can't rally around the only person who has upheld his end of the contract that they all wanted him to sign so badly. The republicans are going to wonder why they loose again. I think Trump should instantly switch to an independent and totally screw the RNC and their ilk.
Ob PLEASE!! Hillary is EVIL....NOTHING can make her look good except LIES and LIARS!!
What did you think I was talking about???
You don’t think the DNC and Hillary would “plant” emails to be “discovered” that would be a false narrative on what she has done to try and make her look better???
C’mon!!!!!
Traitors are hanged.
Just sayin'...
Who else do they have?
Serious question.
Hillary was a fool to believe that those emails existed only on her private server. They existed on the computers and related servers of the people they were sent to and from.
And those who almost certainly hacked her private system.
“Who else do they have?
Serious question.”
When you look at the ages of Republicans vs. Democrats I think that by-and-large the Democrats are older on average. They seek power right out of school and keep it until they die. They do this at the expense of developing a younger base that will be the future of the party. (Then, again, a Democrat is about personal power, not the party. The party is just the means to an end.)
Here is the story I know directly. A young woman lawyer (who had never had a job and who was born with a silver spoon in her mouth) ran against Representative Bill Young and got 40% of the vote. When Young died in office a few months later she announced she would run again for his office in the special election. At first the Democratic party backed her. Then she got a call from the party and was told that the party had decided to back Alex Sink, who had just been defeated in the Governor’s race by Rick Scott. Sink, as I recall, was in her seventies and did not live in Young’s district. But they ran her anyway. This was not a must-win and was an opportunity to inexpensively introduce young blood into the Democrats in the House. (A House race costs on average three million dollars. A special election would be about half that.) Sink lost.
As much as I don’t care for people in office who have never held a real job, the Democrats lost an opportunity to have a young, pretty, personable woman with potential in a position to run for higher office later.
So, in answer to your question, anybody by Hillary. There are Democrats who are younger, more personable and faster on their feet. But they lack the connections in the party to have the vote super-delegated to them. Also, the Democrats have fractured into the left, the further left and the just-left-of-Pluto left. It is hard to find a candidate who fits all those categories as they are somewhat mutually exclusive.
Yep. The most addictive drug on earth is power.
(At least for those susceptible)
