With Hillary Clinton continuing her run of days without a press conference, the nation is growing increasingly concerned as day after day more headlines - from even the mainstream media - cast shadows over her actions as Secretary of State. With more records reported to be released tomorrow, AP reports another nail in the coffin of Clinton honesty today as The State Department is forced to admit that The FBI has discovered dozens of emails related to Benghazi that Clinton failed to hand over.

Some needs to ask how many yoga emails were in the ones that were deleted and recovered. If Assange is basically dumping the same emails then how come none of those have been of a personal nature?

don't be surprised to see "the end of Sept" be extended to ...after the election.Should she try that, she is just begging for the empty chair treatment.

But Lois Lerner's hard drive hard an irrecoverable crash and couldn't be used to glean information damning to her.

Was listening to Gary Aldridge today on our local radio. He made the point that if indicted while O is president O will just pardon her. We must make sure she is not elected. Then and only then will charges be brought against her

Our institutions have become hopelessly corrupt, and now operate as an oligarchical class outside the law, the Constitution, and the people.
This is one of the primary reasons that Trump will win. Millions have concluded that electing a hard nosed outsider like him, is our last chance to right our country by working within the system. I absolutely agree that much of Trump's appeal is that he's not one of the elites, I don't know that I'm entirely convinced that 'pitchforks' is the only option to right the system. Heck, if I were President here's some things I'd do that'd definitely shake things up:
- Charges the current senate, and President, with Treason. (The Iran deal being a clear case of aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States.)
- Issue an executive order instructing the copyright and patent offices to void all patents and copyrights not held by a living, breathing person. (Art 1, Sec 8 gives Congress the power to secure exclusive rights to "authors and inventors" which only a living, breathing person can be; this would be a deep cut into the corporate interests that are buying/selling DC.)
- Issue an executive order commanding that all servicemen convicted in courts martial for rape be given the maximum sentence: to be hanged by the neck until dead.
- Issue an executive order commanding that all servicemen convicted in courts martial for adultery be given the maximum penalty: to be confined for one year, to forfeit all pay and allowance, and to be dishonorably discharged.
- Failure to heed the above two executive order and faithfully prosecute will be charged with the UCMJ's obstruction of justice.
- Issue an Executive order which:
- Recognizes that the Constitution demands that "no state shall [
] make anything but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts",
- that the Federal Reserve is not the congress (and therefore does not have the power to issue money),
- that the Federal Reserve Note (FRN) is neither gold or silver,
- that forcing such notes to be accepted by the States is therefore contrary to the Constitution and,
- therefore all public debt incurred of these FRNs is not the liability of the States or the people therein,
- but instead the liability of all members of Congress voting to incur such illegitimate debts and the Presidents who signed them into law.
- Prosecute everyone involved w/ the Clinton Foundation to the fullest extent of the law.
- Issue an Executive Order abolishing the Dept. of Education, as nowhere in Art 1, Sec 8 is the Congress explicitly permitted the power to institute a public education system, and anything implicit in the "general welfare" clause is negated by the simple facts of the US's math/science placements internationally, and the cost per student to get those results.
- Issue an Executive Order recognizing that the Affordable Care Act demands government access to medical records and that under Roe v. Wade there is a
constitutional right to privacy of medical records
— therefore any agency, officer, or employee of the federal government implementing or administrating the Affordable Care Act will be prosecuted. - Issue an order to the DoJ to prosecute all judges who have presided over a divorce w/o a jury when the value in contention exceeded $20. (7th Amd.)
- Issue an order to the DoJ to prosecute all judges presiding over a tax case wherein the accused had no jury. (6th Amd.)
- Issue an order to the Army to secure the land borders of the United States using military force. (Like using these, and these.)
- Issue an order to the Navy to secure the coastal borders of the united states, using the same military force.
- Issue an Executive Order dissolving the Dept. of Homeland Security citing its ineffectiveness in securing the homeland against invaders into a group of 100 men in charge of confirming the conditions of "Wanted for Treason" $100,000 after-tax rewards for the mayors, police-chiefs, city-council members, and other such officials involved with providing aid and comfort to the invading illegal aliens in the form of the so-called
sanctuary cities

I'm entirely convinced that 'pitchforks' is the only option to right the system. Phone calls to Congress and voting in more Republicans doesn't seem to have done a thing to slow Obama down.
If not pitchforks and torches, what do you suggest?

That's a separate issue and not up to debate really. She committed a felony by destroying the people's/gov't documents.
What I'm talking about is classifying material that is not classified at all because it doesn't compromise national security. I'm talking about their classifying information SOLELY TO PREVENT US FROM SEEING IT BECAUSE IT IMPLICATES HILLARY IN SERIOUS CRIMES SUCH AS RICO VIOLATIONS, ETC..

Big deal. Nobody expects there to be any repercussions concerning the lawlessness of this hillbilly unless she goes berserk and decapitates someone on national TV. The entire criminal justice system has become a national disgrace.

Don’t know, but I recently heard someone say there is a growing movement to orchestrate an invasion of D.C. by millions of people who are committed to shutting down the entire Federal Government for as long as it takes to effect the changes necessary to save the country. That could get ugly, but what are the alternatives?

I dont know. I want to agree with you however the press seems to capable of taking a lot of abuse from hillary and still kiss her feet. You seem to think that they may be near their breaking point with her. I however think they will continue to hold her up. I don’t know that they have a breaking point with her. They are like religious fanatics. They have a “faith” in her and lefty dogma.
To: Starboard
I think this hanging over her head is what is causing her health problems. She knows there’s a real likelihood she’ll be indicted. She knows more than we do, and she knows she’s guilty as hell and it’s only matter of time.
She has the classic look of someone who knows it’s over.

LOL, no need to shout in all caps at me guy, I think we are on the same side here!
My point is, she has broken the law, and this is what she has done:
The Federal Records Act lays it out pretty clearly: (18 U.S. Code § 2071)
(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term office does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.
As you can see, there is nothing about classified material in here, so they can’t redact it and say we can’t read it, therefore we can’t convict. By the rule of law as written above, we don’t need to know it is classified. All we need to know is that she destroyed it.

Congress is missing in action, and their only concern is that we’ll be good little supporters and give them the majority again.
All I have to say to those people, is that they have no idea how lucky they are Trump is our nominee.

I think the odds of Obama pardoning her before he leaves office are very lopsided in favor of a “yes he will”.
He has nothing to gain by having his dirty laundry aired in public, and this won’t end with Hillary taking the fall all by herself. Others will be dirtied by this.
