WHO is Psychologist Robert Cialdini, and what is he working on for the Clinton Campaign??
Apparently this guy is an expert on MASS PSYCHOLOGICAL MANIPULATION, and has written several books on the subject, including "Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion".
Frankly, I'd never heard of this guy until last night, but other places on the Internet are saying that this is the guy who came up with the "All Criticism of Obama is based in RACISM!" and several other memes used against McCain and Romney for the Obama campaign.

Is he the guy who came up with the idea you don't have to convince millions of citizens of your positions - just the few that can effect the situation?

Scott Adams called him out weeks ago in an interview with Stephan Molyneux. It was about the repetition of the "dark" meme. The guys tactics won't survive exposure, They're too obvious, except to some FReepers who think they are avant garde and/or discovered America (Alt-Right nonsense).
Scott Adams in his blog says this guy is a mater persuader as is Adams and he refers to the Ciadini guy as Godzilla of persuaders. I think that means he does like the monster did in those 50 movies busts up lots of stuff.
Nothing new. Nothing worth drawing a six figure campaign salary for using as a plan. The media does it just fine on their own.
But then again, there is a death watch list which will have one more entrant as a Clinton confidante.
Scott Adams (who studies persuasion) has said from the beginning that he thinks Trump has a persuasion advisor. That is what drew him in to analyse Trump's campaign in the first place, during the primary. He is not a Trump supporter, but has called his persuasion techniques masterful.
Trump has been preparing for a presidential run for many years, so it is not a leap to think he has studied these techniques from many different sources.

Now we know where all the memes have come from, and how so many otherwise intelligent people could be so easily manipulated, especially with the cooperation of a biased and willing media!!

In another straightforward, simple and offensive truth, he specializes in manipulation. People hate to be manipulated, IF they realize it. I usually spot it and recoil in resentment.

His book is outstanding. Few books actually make you look at the world differently after reading them. I used the “commitment and consistency” principle on my job quite often with success.
