Has anyone ever heard of the term “alt-Right”, before Crazy Hillary used it today ? I haven’t.

FR is filled with dupes and/or fellow travelers who say it was started in 1903. Glen Beck has the original charter in his collection.

I have...including from some of them (John Derbyshire for one). They are a vocal minority...but you have to know where to listen. I can count on one hand the number of actual racist, anti-Semitic “alt-righties” I “know” from their on-line writings, most of them among the Stalinist Anarchists (my term) on a particular site I will not specify in public.

Fabricated to maintain the distinction between the Establishment Right “#nevertrumpers” and the Trump-supporting house-cleaning “We’re Sending Hillary to Prison” true conservatives who are now wise to them.

‘alt-Right’ has been around for a year or two that I know of. Maybe longer. Somewhat of a self-identifier for a youthful group on the right that holds decidedly un-PC ideas on forbidden topics like race. ‘Cuckservative’ was a neologism that they popularized awhile back.

The PC-obedient right regards them as a bigger threat to mankind than Hillary and Obama, so both Hillary and neverTrump will be claiming that Trump meets them for secret midnight cross burnings as they stiff-arm salute a swastika.

I am learning as we speak. (That is a line from a movie somewhere.) Hillary is simply painting a picture of myths and tales which are too silly to be convincing. “What would you rather have: feminism or cancer?” Whoa. She actually said that.

Yeah, I think alt-right in my browser says to go back one page, while alt-left says to go forward one page.

Of course, in Hillary-speak, it’s used to attempt to defame those voters too stupid to understand how utterly brilliant she is, how she has been bred all her life for this coronation, and how dare the “little people” think otherwise.

When she starts suggesting that we should eat cake, it may be time to fire up the old chopping block!

The term “alt-right” has been in use in the internet community by those who reject SJW leftism but don’t embrace neo-con Republicanism, or for that matter, “tradcon” Republicanism either. So, for example, a lot of the Gamergate folks, who worked to expose the bias and lies of traditional media, might consider themselves “alt-right”, mostly because they are fighting the media machine of the Left, but still don’t identify with, say, the Bush-style Republicanism or even Republicans at all. Another example is young men who feel demonized by left-wing rape hysteria and so troll the SJW rape-hype machine.

Is there a definition of alt-right somewhere or is it a keyboard command?

“Has anyone ever heard of the term “alt-Right”, before Crazy Hillary used it today ? I haven’t.”

I have, but I don’t think I heard of it more than a year ago. Most people - including those who heard Hillary’s speech - had never heard of it before and had no idea what it means.
