This must be terrible for the parents, however MSF would cease to exist as an NGO if they entered into hostage negotiations/ransom in every instance. They might have been a bit more diplomatic in their response to these parents though...

seems she was in denial as to what Islam is really about.She probably wasn't in denial as much as she believed "the religion of peace" mantra by everyone in the news including DWB and even Presidents...from both parties.
