“1984 was meant to be a warning, not a how to guide for the Left.”
Everyone forgets that “1984” had an appendix which was, in fact, a ‘how to’ guide.

The snowflakes may want to wake up and figure out who the bad guys are in this country. They’re being indoctrinated by them. It’s time for all taxpayer dollars to stop flowing into these communist programming centers.

The number of legitimate institutions of higher learning you could probably count on one hand these days. It’s that bad.

WVU? I’m thinking they will name the safe space after Robert Byrd.

Employers can’t be told that because it’s a lie. “zir”, “hir”, etc aren’t words. They’re not in the dictionary. They’re certainly not in legislated national code. Most people have never heard of those arrangements of letters, and most of those that have don’t know what they ostensibly mean.
The ONLY place this has any smidgeon of truth is NYC, where there is a “you have to call ‘em what they want to be called” law, which still fails because beyond “she” and “he” nobody knows what those terms are, haven’t been told, they’re not words, etc. Unless someone’s got it declared in legal writing, and shows that around, “claims” of bent gender mean nothing.

Then make an arrest and take it to court.

True. Use their tactics against them. Realize, though, it will take more than one lawsuit.

Why would the federal government (bound as it is to uphold the U.S. Constitution with that insensitive first amendment) fund any enterprise - a university, a corporation, a foreign country, etc. - that restricts free speech?
Oh, that’s right. Because the federal government itself restricts free speech too. Hate speech they call some of it; and they call more and more of it hate speech every day.

I would personally find the most offensive word to use and apply it.
Freak, weirdo, sally, perv, mongoloid, etc.

Clear violation of the 1st Amendment. Title 42, Section 1983 of the US Code says: "Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officers judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable. For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia. (R.S. § 1979; Pub. L. 96170, § 1, Dec. 29, 1979, 93 Stat. 1284; Pub. L. 104317, title III, § 309(c), Oct. 19, 1996, 110 Stat. 3853.)" I can't wait for the lawsuits.

I can’t even read the whole article. Makes me sick. Makes me furious. How did these morons get to be in charge?

I would argue if this crap keeps up, there’s still enough right thinking people in this country that would shut it down.
Although it’s pervasive in campuses, it is NOT in the real world.
To: detective
I would have hoped that West Virginia, of all places, wouldn’t have fallen victim to this kind of crap. Just goes to show how deep the cultural rot is.
