Andrea Tantaros filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court of the State of New York against Roger Ailes, Fox News, William Shine, Dianne Brandi, Irena Briganti and Suzanne Scott. In the complaint, she called Fox News a sex-fueled Playboy Mansion-like cult.

They probably filed with the Superior Court and the reporter didnt know the difference
In NY what other states call District Courts are called Supreme Courts, and they call their Supreme Court the Court of Appeals

I do agree with you. Work is not the place to act like you are at a frat house.

I totally believed Scott Brown today on Howie’s show.
He was flummoxed by her accusation, he has two pretty daughters relatively close to her age, I just don’t see it.

Did Megyn Kelly write the opener? I’ve never read anything like it in all my years practicing law. Not even Gloria Allred is that over the top.
I’m not sure how a young, intelligent woman would go to work for FOX news and be surprised by the wardrobe. Clearly these women didn’t mind trading on their good looks to advance their careers.
The “twirl” doesn’t bother me either. The on-air news business is no different than Hollywood and modeling.
Asking for hugs and talking about the sex lives of other employees are the most damaging complaints against Ailes.

Well, there is this thing called “original jurisdiction” that defines what courts can hear cases for the first time. Supreme Courts generally have original jurisdiction that encompasses any lower courts under them, so they can choose to hear any case that would normally be filed in a lower court. It is unusual for them to do that though.

...Remember that Fox itself put out the story that she was not being used on-air because she was too supportive of trump . . . we now know that was nonsense.Going back, initially, the story was that she was sidelined because she was selling a book. That was also a bunch of nonsense too.

FWIW, according to Judge Jeanine, the women at Fox News aren’t told what to wear on camera. They’re choosing to wear those dresses when they show up to work there.

My thoughts exactly. Scott Brown is denying it, said other people were always present. She said, he denied. She is really reaching here with Brown and O’Reilly.

Can you name even one NASCAR driver with any tattoos?
Don't know why you maligned them. NASCAR has been the one sport that is pro American, supports family values and has maintained some decency by not tolerating the indecency commonly seen in just about all other sports.

I meant he could sell the space on his skin to sponsors and not need the hot suit. I should have used the < /s > I guess.
I have nothing against NASCAR.
