Andrea Tantaros filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court of the State of New York against Roger Ailes, Fox News, William Shine, Dianne Brandi, Irena Briganti and Suzanne Scott. In the complaint, she called Fox News a sex-fueled Playboy Mansion-like cult.

Ummm.... I have a question.
Don’t lawsuits have to be filed with the lower courts and then be appealed up the chair before they get to the State Supreme Court?
This looks like it is saying that the original suit was filed with the New York State Supreme Court.
Is that even possible?

Navarro is a great guitarist and performer, but.. C’mon, seriously? His girl is going for the big bucks settlement.
If its as bad as she makes it sound, well he wrecked her career, but it seems to me ol Rodger-Dodger might have just been a pervy old man who made a lot of un PC comments.

Once you’ve established the first truth, the rest is just haggling over price. That’s why they’re called “trophy wives.”
Say you are in the business of hiring beautiful, smart young women; in a field they are eager to join.
You are the lone male gate keeper. There are more applicants than positions.
Some applicants will try to get an edge.
Many men would succumb to the pressure.
Perhaps a hiring committee, or female management, but some women will always try to get an edge.
That competition is also a part of the culture that Tantaros and other women signed up for and are now complaining about. These are smart women who knew or should have known.
She could always go into accounting, or something that has more openings.
Fox News is as dead as Tantaros’ career.
Yes, it is, because New York has a totally odd ball way of naming its courts. In NY the “Supreme Court” is the trial court of General jurisdiction, while the “Court of Appeals” is what other states call their “supreme court’s.”

I pretty much read the whole thing, it’s not just Ailes. According to the document Scott Brown, O’Reilly, John Roberts, Dean Cain and a number of others contributed to the harassment.
About the only male who comes out looking good is Hannity, who seems to actually live his life according to the old saying ‘character is doing the right thing when no one is looking’.
The document is very specific about time, place, person and the attempts to have Ailes’ senior management cover things up.
