Not a guy I would want my daughter to date. I wouldn’t be surprised if somewhere on his body was a tattoo of a swastika.
You’re right, she was just asking to be harassed.
After seeing that photo of Navarro I think a lot less of Andrea’s judgement.
According to the document Brown did make physical contact from behind. You can’t do that today without risking this.
O’Reilly was clearly fishing and it’s not like he hasn’t had these rumors before.
One other interesting thing I noted was Rudi Bakhtiar being named. She apparently won a settlement in 2007 because of Brian Wilson harassing her.
I have no doubt, as someone who spent a lot of time on Wall Street in a similar environment in the 80’s that a lot of this did go on and a number of women did make the decision to go along but in the last 10-15 years if you haven’t learned the lessons about what not to do you are an imbecile.
I’d also opine that this is an unusual looking pleading in that it takes a long, long, long time to get to the causes of action. This is unusually lengthy in its premises, and that says to me they are looking for throw weight in publicity. We shall see, but it just is hard to imagine this Jabba the Hutt like character, Ailes, sexually harassing all these hot, nubile anchorwomen. Not saying it didn’t happen, just sayin I cannot picture it.
They probably filed with the Superior Court and the reporter didn’t know the difference
Cover up his tattoos, put some gloves on him, and he looks like Guy Fawkes.
In NY the top court is called The Court of Appeals.
sex-fueled Playboy Mansion-like cult.
She must have been a bunny, to be able to make a statement like that.
Just stop.
Sheeeesh.
What a stupid thing to say.
I can see her beef with Ailes. To drag in co workers for minor nonsense doesn't speak well of her.
Distressed. I really liked and missed Andrea, wondered what happened.
I never know who to believe with this stuff unless there is physical proof. Scott Brown sounded flummoxed by this on a radio interview today (Howie Carr). Sounded believeable - said there would have been at least a hundred people in the lunchroom, etc.
I hate this he said, she said stuff :(
Compliments are not harassment.
It’s not harmless if you feel that you’ve already tried to let things go before and then they keep happening. And frankly, neither you nor I are the judge of that, the woman touched makes that decision.
We have no idea being outside the organization if there was other factors involved. And it’s not like she didn’t try to get things to stop. The document clearly states the number of efforts she made to get someone to listen to her complaints.
The O’Reilly stuff is a little weak but a lot of what is in the document is not.
You get millions if a career is destroyed. She was sidelined for what we now know was a public lie. Remember that Fox itself put out the story that she was not being used on-air because she was too supportive of trump . . . we now know that was nonsense.
Brown posed no threat to her career. What he supposedly did doesn’t need to be splashed all over the newspapers. A simple”please don’t do that,”would have sufficed but it seems she is such a damsel in distress she couldn’t get the words out and had to run to HR.
She seems to be hyper sensitive, humorless, and thinks every man wants her. I know the type.
That’s quite a read.
I notice she claims that females picking out the wardrobes for the coming year had to do it in the presence of wardrobe staffers. Her lawyer is very careful not the specify if there were any males among the staffers, smuggling the premise that hetero guys were ogling the females.
And as for being told to feature her legs on The Five, the ‘leg chair’ is what it is. Sex sells, and Kim’s legs are stunning. I’m a fan of Dana Perrino’s but I’ve seen her muscled legs and frumpy clothing. There’s a reason she isn’t in the ‘leg chair.’ LOL
My sympathy for Andrea remains, while my disgust for lawyers solidifies.
Megan Kelly will be next.
Well, good then, let’er rip Andrea. I always liked her. Those smoky dark eyes. Always made me feel a little funny in my tummy. :’)
