Vince Foster was a mentor to Hillary when they worked together at the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. When Bill was confirmed as the 42nd President of the United States on January 20, 1993, Foster took a role as his Deputy White House Counsel. 6 months later, to the day, Foster was found dead in Fort Marcy Park, along the Potomac River, of an apparent "suicide" resulting from a gun shot from a .38 caliber revolver.
Like a lot of things surrounding the Clintons, Foster's "suicide" has always been shrouded in mystery. A few months ago, The Daily Mail interviewed former FBI agents Coy Copeland and Jim Clemente who claimed that Hillary "triggered" Foster's "suicide" by "humiliating" him in front of colleagues just a few days before his death.

The Daily Mail is now reporting that an "extensive investigation" has found that FBI reports filed by those former agents have "gone missing" from records stored at the National Archives and Records Service in College Park, MD. On two occasions, reporters went to the National Archives to review boxes of evidence related to Vince Foster's death. While the boxes contained "dozens of FBI reports concerning Foster's death - including interviews with the medical examiner, U.S. Park Police officers, and White House aides about the contents of Foster's office" it was mysteriously missing the reports of Copeland and Clemente.

Vincent Foster, who knows Rose Law Firm (Hillary’s old law firm) and the Clintons’ financial secrets very well, dies under highly mysterious circumstances. The day before, on 7/14/93, Bill fired FBI chief William Sessions out of the blue. Bill called a second time and commands that Sessions leave the building immediately. The next day Foster is found dead. Normally this would have fallen under FBI jurisdiction, but the local Park Service took control of the investigation, and were inadequate for the job. A suicide note was mysteriously found 4 days later, allegedly written by Foster, but experts say it is a fake. The official autopsy leaves out wound on neck. The entire scene where the body is found looks fake and set up; Foster had no fingerprints on the gun, no soil on his shoes, and his hands were neatly by his side. Patsy Thomison breaks into Foster’s safe before the body is widely known to have been found. Bill pretends on live TV at 9pm he doesn’t know about Foster’s death, despite being told earlier. Assistant Attorney General Webster Hubbell on July 20th, 1993, concludes: “Don’t believe a word you hear. It was not suicide. It couldn’t have been ...”

As I posted on another thread: My recollection is that Hillary was out of DC the week before Vince died: Japan, Hawaii, California, and an "unscheduled" stop in Little Rock the night of his death. The WSJ reported in 2008:
The former first lady’s schedules reveal that the last time she met formally with Foster was more than a month before his death, on June 8, 1993. The schedule reads “Briefing for ATLA”—formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, now the American Association for Justice—“w/ Vince Foster.” They met in Clinton’s office from 11 a.m. until noon, after which she had a private meeting. The details of that meeting were redacted from the schedule.ML/NJClinton kept a busy schedule that summer, traveling to Japan, Hawaii and California for the first half of July.

Yeah I remember he was on a slight incline and some blood trial up his face some (as if gravity doesn't exist). Also next to the body the grass and weeds looked like a carpet was put down there for some time. (from Congressional report)
Foster’s office computer was dropped while the hard drive was active which made it inoperable. The hard drive was later replaced and the old one sent to the destruct bin.

My impression is that entire Daily Mail article was written to reinforce the idea that Foster's death was a suicide.
