FBI agents' reports of interviews documenting that Hillary Clinton's stinging humiliation of her friend and mentor Vince Foster in front of White House aides triggered his suicide a week later are missing from the National Archives, Daily Mail Online has learned exclusively.

On two separate occasions, this author visited the National Archives and Records Service in College Park, Md., to review the reports generated by FBI agents assigned to investigate the 1993 death of Bill Clinton's deputy White House counsel.

The former first lady’s schedules reveal that the last time she met formally with Foster was more than a month before his death, on June 8, 1993. The schedule reads “Briefing for ATLA”—formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, now the American Association for Justice—“w/ Vince Foster.” They met in Clinton’s office from 11 a.m. until noon, after which she had a private meeting. The details of that meeting were redacted from the schedule.

Clinton kept a busy schedule that summer, traveling to Japan, Hawaii and California for the first half of July.

The fact that HRC and Foster hadn't met for over a month before Foster's death is consistent with Linda Tripp's sworn testimony in a Judicial Watch case. Tripp was one of the secretaries working in the White House Counsel's office and was one of the last people known to have seen Foster alive.

The large bulk of the weeks spent on that HRC trip were in the Orient. IIRC, there was just a short stop in Hawaii and an even shorter stop in Los Angeles before arriving back in Little Rock. That stop at her mother's house in Little Rock was supposedly to help her mother with her financial affairs shortly after her father's death.

It is documented that she learned of his death on her flight back from Hawaii, probably the tail end of the trip you mentioned.

At any rate, she diverted to Little Rock and went straight to the Rose Law firm. NBC documented and reported that she made at least four phone calls to the White House that night, to Maggie Williams. Williams blocked access to the Park Police and removed a box of materials as well.

Minor difference in details, perhaps, But the flight from Hawaii stopped briefly in Los Angeles. Don't know exactly when she got the news of Foster's death, but there's a good possibility that she had foreknowledge of it and it came as no surprise. (Not sure if technology at the time allowed her to receive a phone call in the air.)

And I doubt if she went straight to the Rose Law Firm, but rather went to her mother's house to make those phone calls to Maggie Williams and other friends in DC to direct them to clean out Foster's office. Apparently, Bernie Nussbaum, the chief White House Counsel, also dropped by the White House office that evening.

Brown’s confirmation of the affair between Foster and Hillary suggests it may have been a fact that Hillary asked Foster to monitor the activities of her husband. Ambrose Evans-Pritchard reported that Foster had a Little Rock private detective compile a dossier on Bill Clinton’s extramarital affairs. The detective was later gunned down, after Foster had turned up dead. The big question is where the dossier ended up. Was this one of the files that had been kept in Foster’s office? Is this why his office was ransacked by Clinton officials, including Hillary’s secretary, after his death?

“The fact of the matter is that Foster did NOT commit suicide, but was a HOMICIDE victim. All the credible evidence in the case points to HOMICIDE.”

Foster’s death was a homicide. There is too much evidence to believe otherwise. But the reason Foster was killed relates the need to end investigations of Clinton’s illegal activity. That is why Hillary Clinton was screaming at him and humiliating him.

Here is an aide to the President’s wife committing several felonies. She tampered with a crime scene. Stole and destroyed evidence of a felony. She also hampered a homicide investigation and committed perjury.

All this at the direction of Hillary Clinton.

And they got away with it.
