It amazes me that people listen to talk radio and don’t understand that none of us listen 100%. We go out to drive, we go to make lunch, we get bored and tune out. I’ve often missed out on important details and depend on my fellow freepers to fill me in on things I have missed.

RUSH: Okay. Now, some of you might be a little perplexed at my comment about Trump being the Republican to come along and convert the Republican base to supporting amnesty. We will explain this as the this program unfolds. I'm gonna tell you, Ted Cruz and the Cruz supporters are all over the place out there, in Politico. Cruz is saying (paraphrasing), "We told you, we told you, we told you that every Trump policy has an expiration date, and it looks like Trump's immigration policy has just expired and he is now adopting the policy that we all had."

I’m on a biz trip but even when home I rarely listen past the first hour any more. The anti-Trump stuff turned me off.
similar in that it is the Democratic Party patting establishment Republicans on the head assuring them that their roles in Washington are safe -- as long as they agree that Trump is all those evil things and don't vote; and in the case of Kemp back in 1996 that as long as he continues to call California Prop 187 voters those very same evil things and helps bring down the California Republican Party the establishment Republicans will continue to be permitted a portion of power and wealth.
