But the head of the Black Republican Caucus of Florida says Trump's state campaign doesn't seem to care much about Jackson's efforts to convert more African-Americans to the cause. In fact, he says Karen Giorno, Trump's Florida campaign manager, has disregarded his advice and all but frozen him out of Trump's efforts to win the Sunshine State.

Between the lines:
She has repeatedly failed at surrendering to militant black demands across the state
.. according to Jackson, told him flat-out that Trump didn't need black votes.
black ghetto rats don’t matter
black truck drivers do
Sounds to me like Trump has another Clinton mole on his team. He needs to show Ms. Giorno here where the back of the unemployment line is, pronto.
Our Socialist friends? I didn’t know we had any!
The trend among Black voters, according to recent polls, indicates the opposite of what you contend.
Perhaps there’s a role for Allen West.
And way long overdue.
The Florida Republican Party’s out reach to blacks has been consistently inconsistent. From poorly promoted, sparsely attended “Juneteeth” picnics to half-hearted pandering their no real sustained effort to convert the black communtiy.
The party has never supported anyone running against Corine Brown and at times has actively worked to undermine them.
I agree with your second sentence, but history and the situation in this country right now shows how the power of indoctrination by a lapdog news media and by subversive political organizations like the Democrat Party can actually cause people to think and act in ways that are ultimately self-destructive.
I don’t think Trump is served well by many of is state campaign leaders in many cases.
sounds like this guy is an establishment shill. he probably got a call from Paula Ryan or McConnell to come out and say this. we know that wing is working hard against Trump
There are lot of hard working black people who would vote Republican if we would even attempt to do outreaching.
The Republicans have failed miserably in even attempting to court the black vote. They allowed Dems to steal their history of fighting and protecting the blacks.
Is it safe to assume that people who are hard core welfare, drug infested communities would vote Republican probably not; but not every black person lives in those areas.
She is an idiot. Maybe the situation is similar to Dallas County where the incumbent Democrat and Republican congresscritters had an agreement not to contest each other by recruiting opponents. The Rhino, Pete Sessions and Dem Eddie Bernice Johnson were in cohouts and Sessions bullied and intimidated the County R chairman into not reaching out etc. Chairman resigned and wrote a letter stating his frustrations. I expect that happens more than anyone knows. Fraternal loyalty over party or principle.
Maybe you missed the reality that blacks vote overwhelmingly Democrat irrespective of the issues?
I might consider agreeing with you, but then we'd both be wrong
It's not the "democrat mantra" good buddy. It's the reality. Check the stats. 98% of blacks voted Democrat in the last two presidential elections. Waste of money to go for that group
WRONG. This is an election. Outreach is ONLY a good thing if it gets you votes. Trump has finite resources. Better to spend those resources going after the uncommitted than hard core democrat constituents who will vote democrat no matter what the consequences to themselves
Breaking my rule on not responding to jackasses who start their dialog with me with an insult, Who the hell are you to say who needs what? I'll just say that your post shows how totally clueless you are about resources an getting votes.
No I think they AREN'T. Evidence? The turd in the white hut got 98% of the black vote on his SECOND election. At this point everyone knew what his policies were and the problems they caused. They ignored reality and voted for him anyway like good little democrats. They will continue to ignore reality and vote democrat again
