How in the world did i miss this 2 weeks ago? What a LIAR this man is. I’ve known and heard about his cowardice in Vietnam for decades, but never saw any proof.
I don’t even hold it against him too much that he caved and made the propaganda recording. It was a nasty “war” and I’m sure he just wanted to come home alive. What’s so bad is the decades of lying about it. An entire political career built on lies from Day One.
At least Admiral Stockdale bruised his face so they couldn’t use him for propaganda films. McCain probably volunteered to make the recording!

It is a closed primary, but independents can vote for either.
Got a recorded phone call from Newt Gingrich asking me to vote for McCain. No allowance for a reply or they would have gotten an earful.

“Working with” vastly understates the level of involvement of McCain and his co-conspirators.
ISIS was created out of thin air by elements in the US government, and McCain and Clinton were the two primaries in making it happen.
McCain isn’t the only one. We have both parties seeming to agree with arming ISIS.
McCain is an idiot. When the market crashed McCain went back to the Senate thinking he was some kind of super hero and stopped his campaign. Everyone seen him as a fool and lost the election over that.
In John’s and every other POW’s defense, it is common knowledge that everyone, that would be everyone, has a breaking point. The question is, how much do you give when you reach the breaking point, and how quickly are you able to recover and get past the break point so you don’t remain a squealing pig.
We can all be grateful we did not have to suffer the torture of the North Vietnamese, as our POW’s in their prisons were forced to endure. I don’t regard John as a hero, or a traitor, but his tenure in Congress has been far more dangerous to the country than his time as a POW.
