Christianity teaches sacrifice of self for others. Islam teaches sacrifice of others for self.

But you do know the real reason why Islam is diametrically opposed to Christianity, right?

All arguments on this subject are a distraction except for one: Islam believes the Jesus Christ is not God. They believe that anyone who says that he is God is a blasphemer.

When debating Islam, stick to that one point and don’t let it go. Don’t let it become an “agree to disagree” thing. Just keep hammering them with “Is Jesus Christ God?”

When they finally blurt out “NO!”, then you know that we do not worship the same God. The Roman Church should know that.
