In a speech to pastors, Sen. Marco Rubio urged religious conservatives to love gay people, instead of judging them for their behavior.

That don’t judge line has always been tiresome.
When someone says to me, “Don’t be judgmental” I reply, “Well, quit judging me.”
You can’t tell someone not to be judgmental without being judgmental yourself.
Rubio I thought we did what makes you think we don’t
Excellent reply to them.
“Are we also to love but not judge our children? To tolerate any behavior they might choose? Is that good or not good parenting? Why?”
My pops died when i was young but he certainly loved me and taught me a lot in 15 years.
He watched me cheat at swim practice by cutting laps to keep up.
Boy was he mad. He basically said play fair and get cut if it happens. Dont cheat. Ever.
Except in Italian it was a lot scarier, and he didn’t say it once.
What integrity.
I lack that a little. I would tell my nephew he shouldn’t do it because defeats the purpose or practice. Not so noble a stand as my pops took.
Would it be love if your doctor smiled, was nice and didnt tell you that the cancer on your arm had to be removed or it will spread and you will die?
Judging is damning someone and believing that you are better than them. Christians know that we are not better, we are saved from our own awfulness.
It is loving to let them know that their soul is in peril and that they need to repent of what is clearly declared in Scripture to be a sin. If they dont repent and accept Jesus atonement, His blood shed for them, they will end up in a lake of fire forever. It IS love to warn them and give them a chance to be saved from eternal damnation

The Gospel starts with repentance. If there is no sin, there is nothing to repent from. If there is no judgment of sin, there is no incentive to repent.
If Rubio had even the tiniest glimmer of understanding of the religious right he would know that they teach love for the sinner and hatred for the sin.
Sorry, tried to post this message at different times today and it wouldn’t go through. Apparently they all went through at some point.
We have people correcting and warning others all the time because they love them or are concerned for them.
It is ridiculous. You dont love someone and say nothing about their destructive behavior.)
I hope voters in FL do the right thing
What is that? Vote for the Democrat? Are you sure that is a good idea?
Get it right Rubio -
We are called upon to love the sinner and hate the sin.
32 and although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty approval to those who practice them.
God has already judged them, "Worthy of death!".
It's vile and disgusting and should not be tolerated. If they die in their sins, they will spend eternity in the lake of fire. It's NOT loving to not tell them the truth. Which is worse? Hurt feelings now (and a chance of salvation)? Or eternal torment, day and night, forever and ever? (Revelation 20:10)
Me Rubio is confused, loving someone does not mean one must acceptance all of their behaviors or decisions or beliefs as normal or correct.
Another reason why this guy lost because he is an ass.
I don’t know if stupido is a Christian,But if he is he does not realize that is exactly what Christian Doctrine preaches, hate the sin,but LOVE THE SINNER
Jesus did forgive the adulteress at the well but He also told her to go and sin no more. Marco appears to have omitted the cease your adultry part.
