A group of students at the Claremont Colleges in search of a roommate insist that the roommate not be white.
Student Karé Ureña (PZ 18) posted on Facebook that non-white students in need of housing arrangements should reach out to either her or two other students with whom she plans to live in an off-campus house. The post states that POC [people of color] only will be considered for this living opportunity. I dont want to live with any white folks, Ureña added.

Only a liberal would say, “It’s wrong to treat any person that way. So let’s treat whites that way so they see how it feels!”

The fact that true white reflects all colors and true black reflects none is immutable fact, and is not dependent upon whether youre mixing paint, printing something from your home printer or baking a cake.
So what happens when you mix two substances, one of which reflects green light, and a second that reflects red light? You don't get orange, you get brown. When you're mixing paint or ink for printing, you aren't adding the light they reflect together, you're adding the light they absorb together. Each color you add, is taking away the colors that it isn't.

What the heck does that have to do with anything???
We're not talking Watercolors 101 here. And none of what you said, however true, is in any way contradictory to what I said in my post. True white reflects all colors. True black reflects none. Period. I don't see what's so difficult about that simple concept.

I'm not saying you're wrong, just that saying that black or white is 'all colors' vs 'not colored' depends on what you're talking about. Reflectivity vs absortivity. True white absorbs no colors. True black absorbs all colors.

"True white absorbs no colors. True black absorbs all colors. "
That's exactly the same as saying true black reflects no colors and true white reflects all.
This argument about reflectivity vs. absorptivity is a false dichotomy. It's the same thing described in opposite terms. But it's STILL the same thing!

This violates every discrimination/fair housing law in the nation! PC is killing us.
