Republican officials are exploring how to handle a scenario that would be unthinkable in a normal election year: What would happen if the party's presidential nominee dropped out?
ABC News has learned that senior party officials are so frustrated and confused by Donald Trump's erratic behavior that they are exploring how to replace him on the ballot if he drops out.
So how would it work?

Hysterical, bed wetting propaganda. Goebbels would be proud of the goose stepping MSM.
Boy oh BOY they are REALLY getting desperate I mean REALLY????
what about if HilLIARy drops out? or gets indicted?
Oh dear God -these pathetic, pearl clutchers. His behavior hasn’t been erratic. The Clinton machine rolls along.
“what about if HilLIARy drops out? or gets indicted?”
Or becomes incapacitated by her health?
They are really wishing awfully hard for something that isn’t going to happen. However, I wouldn’t blame him is he did.
The way it's going to work is that Trump wins in November (Big League), and all the daily fantasizing/brainstorming going on lately among big government/big media is going to come to an abrupt end, and a lot of "journalists" will have to start looking for honest work.
The idea that Trump would drop out was dreamed up in a secret meeting of the MSM and the DNC. (I assume.) Sorry for the MSM/DNC redundancy.
Sniveling Republicans....the reason Trump won the primary in the first place.
The GOP is dead, they just don’t know it yet.
Absolutely, completely made up story. 100% flaming BS.
Trump is not going to drop out.
Look at his crowds versus Hillary’s crowds. RNC has NO ONE other than Trump that can take on the Hillary machine.
Erratic behavior? When was Hillary’s last press conference?
Rush now talking about Meg Whitman being a traitor for not just opposing Trump, but actively campaigning for Hillary.
I would. Giving something your best shot against tremendous odds, and losing is one thing; quitting is something entirely different. The only way Trump can “lose” is if he quits. He'd better not quit.
I wouldn’t blame him if he did. My god, everyone in power is against him.
I think Reagan was similar in the beginning
Wow!!!!
ABC and YAHOO...How much more concise and accurate can you get???..../s
