All I can say is, the parents of this veteran are doing far more damage than anyone else has done...and this Con the Khan had NO reason to take OUR candidate to task like he did, his ‘Sharia Law’ WILL NEVER BE ACCEPTED INTO OUR WAY OF LIFE...so if that is what he is planning with his ‘DNC jihad’ then he should leave...IMO!!!

The problem was that interview with George S. who asked him, and the media kept raving about the speech. He should have kept it policy related and moved on. I typed up a sample statement on FR. Trump should have had something like that prepared. To be fair, he did put a statement out, but it was after the hoopla started.

Had the Khans spoken out against the war. I and almost no one would have a problem with their moral authority to do so. But Kazir Khan made himself the moral authority on the Constitution and Immigration. The former which he believes to be subservient to Sharia and the latter would involved a time machine back to the 80’s when Islamic Terror was not yet a Global Jihadist strategy.

This was a deliberate provocation by the Hillary campaign, knowing that Trump would respond (he always does, he’s a bit too predictable), and the media reaction was pre-planned to get Trump off-message for several days.
Unless Dakota Meyer and the rest of the ass-raped Cruz bots WANT to see Hillary appointing Supreme Court Justices, communizing our economy even more, leaving America vulnerable to foreign attack, banning guns and letting in hundreds of thousands of un-vetted Moslems, then they need to STFU. You don’t like Trump, OK, fine. Don’t help Hillary by damning him like we’re in the middle of the primaries (which, I might add, violates Reagan’s 11th Commandment - how conservative can these people be if they do that?).
The error, the conceit, that these idiots have is that everything will be fine in 2020. What BS! If Trump loses, the very same GOPe that brought us Presidents Dole, McCain and Romney will be running things and picking a wet-noodle candidate in 2020 who will dutifully, but gracefully, lose to Hillary. No thanks, I’ll take Trump now AND in 2020 - that way we’ll actually still have a country for Cruz or whomever to have a shot at running later on. Elect Hillary, and this country will cease to exist as we know it.
Meyer needs to stick to learning what a condom is and leave the politics to Trump.
