Mainstream media figures from the New York Times to the Huffington Post to CNN are apoplectic Monday as their latest attack on Donald J. Trump, the Republican nominee for president, has crumbled yet again under the slightest bit of scrutiny.
Specifically, the newest line of attack to fall apart is the criticism of Trump over Khizr Khan, the Muslim Gold Star father who spoke at the Democratic National Convention last week.
Over the weekend and for the past few days since Khan spoke alongside his wife Ghazala Khan about their son, U.S. Army Captain Humayun Khan, who was killed in Iraq in 2004, media-wide reporters, editors, producers, and anchors have tried to lay criticism on Trump over the matter. They thought they had a good one, a specific line of attack that pitted Trump against the military—and supposedly showed him as a big meanie racist in the process.
But, as Breitbart News showed on Monday midday, that clearly was not the case. Khizr Khan has all sorts of financial, legal, and political connections to the Clintons through his old law firm, the mega-D.C. firm Hogan Lovells LLP. That firm did Hillary Clinton’s taxes for years, starting when Khan still worked there involved in, according to his own website, matters “firm wide”—back in 2004. It also has represented, for years, the government of Saudi Arabia in the United States. Saudi Arabia, of course, is a Clinton Foundation donor which—along with the mega-bundlers of thousands upon thousands in political donations to both of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaigns in 2008 and 2016—plays right into the “Clinton Cash” narrative.

The Local media here in LA ran with the Khan story FIRST..like this is some national tragedy or something..I guess everything is hunky dory in the world right now..no terrorist attack for 5 minutes and the media starts reporting on this nonsense..The media is a national disgrace and a total JOKE NO republican has ANY chance against a media like this..I dont care if they are a freakin saint they have no chance

I know it took him a couple of days to correct his course, or at least for the media to pick up on it.
It doesn’t change the fact that I’m voting for him, but the battle is over the mushy few percent that decides elections. They seem to be affected by the ebb an flow of news.

This reminds me of the House Committee hearing during Reagan, when a family lost a member working for the Sandanistas, killed by the Contras, was accused by a Republican Congressman of trading on the death of a son to condemn Reagan;s support of the Contras. The Slimes were outraged that a Republican could disrespect the family of someone who had died. Never mind, they were trying to profit from that death to benefit their political partisan beliefs.

If this is all about what Trump said about the father then..
If it is true that the father is associated with Muslim Brotherhood then he is due criticism for using his (secular Muslim?) son's service to America and sacrifice.
The father is using this to help to bring down the Constitution and implement sharia law and crap like that. The aged 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus radical, pshcho spoiled brats (the Clintons) and their ideological issue (Obama and MSM employees) are letting the father wave around the Constitution like clock boy promoted his clock scam.
