Paul Ryan AGAIN Misrepresents Trump Position, This Time on “Religious Test” Brouhaha

Team Nehlen) – In response to the media frenzy created by Khizr Khan’s speech at the Democrat National Convention – in which he politicized his heroic son’s death at the hands of a radical Islamic suicide bomber while serving as an American soldier in Iraq – and Donald Trump’s response, Congressman Paul Ryan said in a statement…

“As I have said on numerous occasions, a religious test for entering our country is not reflective of (our) fundamental values. I reject it.”

But that’s NOT Trump’s defined position and that’s NOT what he said in his own speech at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland. Here’s precisely what Trump said…

“Lastly, we must immediately suspend immigration from any nation that has been compromised by terrorism until such time as proven vetting mechanisms have been put in place.”

And if those nations happen to have majority Muslim populations, that’s just the reality we’re being forced to deal with.

But even if Mr. Trump was proposing a permanent ban on all Muslims coming to America, that position would NOT be prohibited by the Constitution’s “religious test” clause, as Andrew McCarthy explained in a recent National Review column…

“The clause said to be the source of this drivel is found in Article VI. As you’ll no doubt be shocked to learn, it has utterly nothing to do with immigration. The clause states, ‘no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.’

“On its face, the provision is not only inapplicable to immigrants at large, let alone aliens who would like to be immigrants; it does not even apply to the general public. It is strictly limited to public officials – specifically to their fitness to serve in government positions.”

Remember that Ryan funded ISIS, al Qaeda, and
left the borders open, and paid for the jets
to SECRETLY move the terrorists in for the next two years.

CONNECT THE DOTS to see who the Toad of Romney protects:

Khizr Khanm Pakistani, ived in the UAE before coming to the USA.
In the legal profession as a “litigation technology specialist”.

From 2000-2007, Kahn was manager of litigation technology for Hogan & Hartson
the DC law firm involved with managing Hillary’s email system.

Loretta Lynch also worked at Hogan - 2002-2010.

“New York tax attorney Howard Topaz, Clintons’ personal tax lawyer,
is a partner at Hogan & Hartson.

Capt Kahn was killed in what may have been an attempt to kill fellow soldiers.
... one eyewitness said they had seen the suicide car, but were never warned by Capt. Kahn.

Soldiers were in a position where they would get killed, lining them up ...

The problem is.....Islam is not a religion. It is a political system with the cry "Kill all the Christians and Jews".

Allah is NOT God.

Obviously Paul Ryan would be more comfortable with Hillary Clinton as president.

“As I have said on numerous occasions, a religious test for entering our country is not reflective of (our) fundamental values. I reject it.”

The Constitutional language regarding religious test pertains to elected office. Immigration can be curtailed for any reason.

There is absolutely nothing in the Constitution or in the law books that prohibits a religious test for immigration. Hell, the SMART thing to do would be to prohibit ANY more muslims from immigrating into the country and to not renew the work visas of the ones here.

"...the media frenzy created by Khizr Khan’s speech" The crappy liberal media continues to bring up this connivg Khan couple.

Old man Khan has had his five minutes in the sun!

This whining islamic scumbag should be talking out about the Muslims who killed his son -not talking about Mr Trump!

The liberal media and old man Khan are long since overdoing all this now.!

And Khan's wife needs to sit her fat snarling ass down now and be quiet.

Trump was against the war in Iraq. On the other hand, Hillary voted for it. If Trump’s view would have prevailed, the Khan’s son would have not been fighting in Iraq and would most likely have not been killed there.

Trump is not succeeding in getting his side of the story out beyond his core.

Paul Ryan, or any voter, would have to go out of their way doing time consuming research to find something different from what all the media say. I do not have the solution for this.

Clearly Clinton treatment of Pat Smith should be objectively compared to Trump treatment of Khan. But nowhere in the media do I see this.

Maybe Trey Gowdy needs to bring both Clinton and Trump before his committee with those two situations being the only topic... seeing as how people on both sides have accused the other side of TRAITOR, which is a topic for the House to investigate. Then they both get relatively equal publicity.

A week from tomorrow we’ll find out how much voters in his district love Ryan. The same folks who went overwhelmingly for Cruz.
