Donald Trump has come under fire for his praise of Russian President Vladimir Putin and his ties to the country--and he suggested Sunday that he might recognize Russia's control of Crimea.
"You know, the people of Crimea, from what I've heard, would rather be with Russia than where they were," he said on ABC's "This Week." "And you have to look at that, also. Now, that was under -- just so you understand, that was done under Obama's administration. ... Crimea has been taken. Don't blame Donald Trump for that."
Trump made those comments just after saying Putin is "not going into Ukraine."
"Well, look, you know, I have my own ideas. He's not going into Ukraine, OK?" Trump said of Putin. "Just so you understand. He's not going to go into Ukraine, all right? You can mark it down and you can put it down, you can take it anywhere you want."

“Im pretty sure theyre keeping it anyway.”
...unless Hillary can find several dozen divisions that aren’t staffed by LGBTs.
And good luck at that!
It’s not like Trump gets a vote, or any POTUS.
Putin is probably tired of dealing with a bunch of dim wits.
Had a conversation with relative today re: my support for Trump. He almost had a catatonic fit. Said Trump is way too dangerous for our country among other epithets. My first reply was that Hillary has proven how dangerous she is for our country and we cannot allow her full power to do more damage. He acted like he will disown me if I vote for Trump. It’s sad.
Yell all you want; it’s not my fault that you fail to grasp the importance of proper English.
Good...who cares. All Tsarist Russia.
The west is far more comunist than Russia is today.
And all that over a hyphen. I’d hate to have to go into combat next to you. You’re unstable.
I suspect Russia is going to keep the Crimea regardless of whether Trump says he’ll let them or not.
Let it go. They want to be Russian let them.
The media again. It’s non stop on CNN and MSNBC. The remarks about Crimea and the this Khan guy. Every two bit intellectual. Not a peep said about the Khan being an attorney with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Very good analysis. It’s done.Sounds like the Press wants WWIII. We can parachute them into Ukraine then and...good luck.
Add safe passage for the other 10%?
After battling many liberals online, I’ve gotten to the point where I can’t stand the spelling and grammar police.
dsc, you do realize this is one of their tactics in order to try to disprove the message, don’t you? It is a favorite tactic of the left. Maybe you did not realize that but I’ve dealt with many liberals who thinks it’s effective in fighting conservative messages.
dsc, you also realize that people posting on message boards and social medias, are not in it to write books and media articles, where spelling and grammar are important? The truth and reality of the situation is no one is perfect and everyone is prone to making mistakes. You really need to get over yourself or maybe you are trying to use perfect grammar to try to disprove, mkjessup’s message.
mkjessup’s messages have been very effective so that could be why you decided to go all leftist grammar police on him, who knows, only you do.

The left will use the missing hyphen to discredit his message, just as you say. Ive seen them use that tactic for better than thirty years, and it is precisely the reason I pointed out the error in punctuation. The very best way to deprive the left of that tactic is not to make such obvious, elementary errors.
I posted one note, 15 words in two sentences, remarking on an error in punctuation. In response, the other poster has put up hundreds of words talking about what a horrible person I am for trying to help him. He lost all semblance of rationality and behaved atrociously. In my subsequent notes I only responded to his attacks, so it is inaccurate to say that I went all grammar nazi on him. One note, 15 words, as opposed to hundreds of words worth of childish insult, and yet you chastise me.
Oh, well, no good deed goes unpunished.

Thisthis is our medium. This is where we show ourselves to be thoughtful, intelligent people with worthwhile things to say.
Or not.
Sometimes this is where we show ourselves to be too immature to accept a minor correction without flying into an irrational rage. Which of us behaved more like a leftist? The one who posted 15 words of assistance, or the one who cant control his rage?
“But I know plenty about you.”
No, you don’t. All the personal remarks you have made have been pure invention. Even while dealing with your poisonous insanity I have been participating in other threads and carrying on in real life. Last week I had five children and four grandchildren in the house. Your bad behavior has occupied only a tiny bit of my attention.
You are the one who “hectors on.” I remained entirely civil until I started trying to scrape you off my shoe, but you won’t have it.
No, anyone who disagrees with you is a horrible person and must be browbeaten into submission. I have never seen a conservative display so little intelligence and sanity.
Would you PLEASE get over yourself.
Spelling errors or grammar errors, does not make one unthoughtful or unintelligent, as this is not a perfect world. Your excuses and nuances is also what liberals do.
Please just stop.
Thank you.
