Debbie Wasserman Schultz probably thought she was all clear. Her resignation was tendered, the damage against the Sanders campaign done, and the presidential nomination in the books for Team Hillary.
Wasserman Schultz had ridden off into the sunset, "honorary" chair of the Clinton campaign, nothing left for her to do but ensure that Hillary Clinton becomes the next President of the United States.
Her reward for loyal servitude to the queen–extending back to time spent with the Clinton campaign prior to becoming DNC Chair–would in due time be delivered.
Then came word from the Sanders campaign. Its staff would be redirecting their focus from defeating Hillary to defeating her.
Now, Debbie Wasserman Schultz has her own election battle on her hands.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s primary challenger.Sanders has already endorsed the Florida Democrat's opponent, professor Tim Canova, and the exposure helped Canova haul in more than $2 million.
The former DNC Chair's fairy tale ending may get a darker plot twist.
Regardless, if the American people have learned anything Hillary Clinton, Wasserman Schultz's willingness to cross ethical boundaries to get Madame Secretary elected will be richly rewarded should the election go their way.

The MSM was totally complicit in enabling Shrillary to try to hijack the DNC in the nominating process. Even had Wikileaks not exposed DWS and her staff, consider that DWS was the frickin’ CO-CHAIR of Hillary’s national campaign in 2008. It would have been astonishing had a political hack like her NOT been overtly biased toward Hillary. the DNC was slanted toward Hillary all along.
DWS was Hillary’s national campaign co-chair in 2008. She turned the DNC into an adjunct of Hillary’s campaign. Bernie faced an organization stacked against him from the start.
