I turned down a meeting with Charles and David Koch. Much better for them to meet with the puppets of politics, they will do much better!

The fact that they needed to be pressured to back Trump is a good answer to the question. Why WOULD he meet with them. The Donald is set apart - he doesn’t need these holdouts.
