My first thought was the Reagan funeral .
Not sure since it seems to have a couple of captions. I do recall them falling asleep during the Reagan funeral so my bet is on that but who knows maybe it’s common for them to doze off.
I saw a Getty shot which I know we can’t post here of the Reagan funeral. Definitely it’s that. The Fords were behind them. Beside them in the front row were the Bushes and the Cheneys. Other side front row were the Reagan family.
Mr. Clinton should have left to go back to his hotel room to go to bed. Hillary would have understood.

I sense he will force himself to make it to the election. It could be after the election, in the event that Mr. Trump wins, that could be a game changer.
I fully expect Bill Clinton to pass away about October 20thish, enough time to mourn, bury Slick and then campaign for a couple days right before the election, just like Owe-bama managed with his grandmother he killed.
