If there’s one theme being pushed repeatedly at the Democratic National Convention, it’s the idea that Hillary Clinton is the “most qualified” candidate ever to run for president.
A brief sampling of Democrats using the phrase in their floor speeches:
Michelle Obama: “I am with you tonight because in this election, there is only one person who I trust with that responsibility, only one person who I believe is truly qualified to be president of the United States, and that is our friend Hillary Clinton.”
American Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten: “Hillary is the most qualified person to run for president in my lifetime.”
Rep. John Lewis: “She is one of the most qualified candidates to ever run for president.”
Former Rep. Anthony Weiner: “You take a look at her resume and what she’s accomplished, I think you can make a pretty good case that she’s the most accomplished candidate for president maybe since George Washington.”
This constant repetition proves one thing: This is what Democrats want people to think about Clinton. The fact that they have to keep repeating it shows it’s not what people immediately think when they hear the candidate’s name.
And is she the most qualified? She certainly has a lengthy resume filled with wonderful titles, but what she’s done with those titles has garnered many noteworthy accomplishments. They’ve actually seemed to bring more failures.
Take her stint as secretary of state. That’s a great title, and Democrats will try to claim she helped women and girls around the world, but they won’t offer concrete evidence of success. What most people think of when they think of Clinton’s time as the secretary is Benghazi, Libya, an attack that occurred because Clinton’s State Department ignored warning signs...

Hillary Clinton is a one hundred percent zero!!! End of story!!!
It is a very illuminating statement when taken in the proper context. Why would it be necessary to be so over the top about her supposed “qualifications”?
...and Marilyn Mosby is qualified to be Attorney-General. I mean, look at her background, not her actual performance.
Ambassador Stevens was unavailable to comment on her “most qualified” and “trustworthy” qualities.
What I find most interesting thus far about this convention, and Hillary’s qualifications, is what has NOT been mentioned.
There hasn’t been one peep about all of the truly great global accomplishments of the Clinton Foundation.
Most unqualified is more like it. It should be offered with /s tag.

Hope and pray Hillary is the ‘most qualified’ to NEVER occupy the White House. She is a disaster and would destroy our nation.
Good point. What has the Foundation done, other than line the pockets of the Clinton crime family with foreign bribe money?
She is most qualified to have a scandal. She is most qualified to be dishonest. She is most qualified to bore us. She is a woman, I think. Does that make her qualified simply being a woman?
If that were the case then we would have to dismiss George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, James Madison, James Monroe, Abraham Lincoln and on and on and on.
Have they completely lost their minds? yes!
Desperate democrats who are still trying to rationalize not voting for Trump are trying to convince themselves she's qualified.
I can't imagine why screwing up every thing she's done in life counts her experiences as "qualifying".
