"Today, in the interests of justice and based on recent unforeseen developments that were investigated over the past week, the Office moved to dismiss the case charging Ingmar Guandique with the May 2001 murder of Chandra Levy," the office’s public information officer, Bill Miller, said in a statement.
In the statement, the office said it can no longer prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Ingmar killed Levy.

My recollection was that he was guilty but was getting layers of cover up. Real sleaze but because of office, because of family and money at home, he walked and an illegal was conveniently and, now, wrongly convicted of Condit’s actions.
“none was ever found” They gave him every imaginable break in their investigation. Maybe some of the material they broomed was not really broomed?
So since they are dropping the charges against this illegal alien, he will be deported back to where he came from, right?
Yeah, I know, that’s just what the law says, not what Obama does.
There was no exact time of death so I am not sure if he had an ‘alibi’ that counts.
But I don’t think he PERSONALLY killed her- probably had it done.

I’ve said from the very beginning that Congressman Gary Condit , who had a long term affair with the intern, either killed her, or paid someone to do the dirty deed for him.
Maybe his party pals, John Kasich and Joe Scarborough, who ran with the same rough party sex crowd can shed some light.
I don’t know how Kasich was even considered as a candidate or running mate. He’s always been dirty.
