If that happened then the states at long last would need to rise up against federal tyranny - civil war in the making.
Don’t think that will happen. More likely: Hillary is down & out, and the DNC shoe-horns Obama in for a third term (”Constitution? What Constitution? I don’ gotta show you no stinkin’ Constitution.”)
The good news would be if that happened, Obama would finally go directly head-to-heat against a foe that would shellac him. Love to see it.
