1. When did the Trump campaign actually place the order for the retrofit for the interior, sign the lease, get the refurb going? How long ago, in other words? Before he had all the delegates, or did he wait until the delegate count was a done deal?
and, 2. ---- when did the Trump campaign actually order the Trump/Pence paint jog / logo to be place on the side of the jet?
You can paint an airplane over the weekend. We did at United.
Basically you take a white plane and you put decals on it job to be completed and ready in five days. Decals machine cut and easy to put on.
Good questions, but I suspect the name of the VP was only painted in the past few days.

Couldn’t have been too long ago. The painter’s masking paper is still on the hangar floor.
He had the election locked up by mid may. He might have already started negotiations beforehand. Trump’s name, and motto could have been added several weeks ago. The only thing he had to add to the plane was the Name “Pence”
