There was plenty of drama at Wednesday night's Republican National Convention, but it was Megyn Kelly's spaghetti-strap dress that caused Twitter to be overrun with harsh criticisms about her 'unprofessional' appearance.
The 45-year-old Fox News star has been busy covering the GOP Convention in Cleveland, Ohio, this week, but it was last night's form-fitting dress, which bared her shoulders and the upper part of her chest, that caused a stir with her audience, as critics took to social media to slam Megyn for 'wearing a bikini' and dressing like a 'cocktail waitress'.
The Twitter uproar comes as her boss is under fire from the network for gender discrimination and sexual harassment of female employees.
Roger Ailes is being ousted from the cable giant he built in the wake of a sexual harassment and gender discrimination suit filed by the network's former anchor Gretchen Carlson.
According to New York Magazine, Megyn has told independent investigators hired by the Murdochs in the wake of the lawsuit that she too was victimized by Ailes ten years ago.

Crackers wouldn’t matter to me.
Looks fine to me.
I’ve already hit that anyway...
I would have preferred a wet, slightly too small, TRUMP shirt.. but what do I know..
I commented to my husband last night that her dress was entirely inappropriate for a “journalist” or “commentator”, who might want to be taken seriously.
Formal event, formal dress (many show some skin). Not really a Kelly fan, but this is much ado about nothing. JMHO of course.

Give her a break, so she forgot to put on her dress over her slip that day. Every “journalist” has a dementia moment from time to time. It’s just that with Me-again, it’s almost every day.
Sorry. GUILTY of in appropriate, unprofessional dress. That is NOT attire for ANY office or business I have ever worked in. Even when intended bar (for a catering company) i wore a long sleeved white shirt. Decorum and good taste are lost in that photo.
Sleeves; décolletage mostly covered. Undergarments are a plus.
Tacky, tacky, tacky.
+1 nutmeg. Me-Again is just as bad as the Kardashians in terms of fame whoring...
Now, that was a beautiful womyn.
Low class bottle blonde
She could do weather in Mexico.
I’m no femi-nazi whatsoever, and it’s most definitely does not win my support. For decades, women have wanted to be taken seriously for their intellect and professional accomplishments, and not to be treated as sexual objects. Yet, nearly everyone of them in the media dress like it’s all about their sexuality, given the low-cut, extremely short and tight skirts/dresses, the stilettos, and the makeup they wear. It’s phony and most are hypocrites.
Thousand dollar....?
“Looks like a bathing suit in some shots:”
Another cunning stunt.
What’s next for FNC, Chris Wallace in a speedo?
